This classic suburban office suffered from deferred maintenance. At the time of this assignment the owner, lender, and tenant were all in bankruptcy. The tenant had vacated and we advised the owner to reacquire the building from the lender. We handled all negotiations.

The property was re-landscaped, painted, re-roofed, a new lobby installed, bathrooms upgraded, and parking lot resurfaced - a full renovation. With the work completed, the property was leased to a new single tenant and sold to an investor.
