This mixed-use property contained a 25,000 square foot office building and 15,000 square feet of office flex space, with parking and landscaping in the middle.

The property suffered from obsolescence and deferred maintenance. We repositioned the property by renovating the lobby and public spaces within the office building, painting the exterior and renovating the landscaping and parking lot. Occupancy and rental rates increased commensurately, and the project was sold to an investor.
