We were brought in prior to the acquisition of the property in order to perform due diligence, coordinate financing, and re-position the property. We recommended a number of changes in order to reposition the property, including base building improvements to HVAC and elevator systems, together with a lobby upgrade and changes in the path of travel, resulting in increased square footage. The North Waterfront submarket has its own set of challenges. However, our recommendations were implemented and positively received in the marketplace.
