Scott Haskins, a native San Franciscan, founded Sierra Maestra Properties to manage, lease, and reposition properties. Scott brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus on repositioning and developing properties. Over the course of his career, Scott has participated in projects exceeding a billion dollars of value, comprising nearly 4 million square feet and 750+ residential units.
Scott studied finance and math at San Diego State University and holds a masters degree in real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also a board member of San Francisco Architectural Heritage. Scott uses many of the same skill sets and traits in his approach to real estate as those called upon when he swam the English Channel in 2006.
