Acquisition & Project Management
Year Built: 1915
The Cathedral Building is a pie shaped building at the confluence of Broadway and Telegraph in Oakland. It is a beautiful gothic style building with small floorplates and a detailed façade.
When we acquired the property it had significant deferred maintenance We modernized the two existing elevators of the building over 18 months, addressed deferred maintenance issues, began the work of converting the building into a commercial condominium floor by floor, all the while leasing up the building.
