Project Description: Acquisition, Due Diligence & Project Management
We were brought in prior to the acquisition of the property in order to perform due diligence, coordinate financing, and re-position the property. We implemented a number of changes in order to reposition the property, including a lobby upgrade with changes in the path of travel, resulting in increased square footage together with base building improvements to HVAC and elevator systems. The North Waterfront submarket has its own set of challenges. However, our building improvements were received positively in the marketplace.
