Project Description: Project Management

The Presidio Trust brought us in initially to negotiate a ground lease with the project sponsor, however the scope of the assignment expanded to include working with a number of neighborhood groups who organized to oppose the project.

Our involvement resulted in a change from fierce opposition to unanimous support for a modified project. It was an honor to work on this project and develop an agreement where we achieved an outcome appreciated by all parties.
